Grace Rhein, B.A., is a first-year Doctor of Audiology (AuD) student and researcher at the University of Cincinnati, specializing in the effects of music training on aging brains. Since 2021, she has been actively involved in research with a strong focus on pediatrics, examining the effects of listening effort and fatigue on children with hearing loss. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where she conducted research and participated in the FUTURE program. Her academic and professional interests include auditory processing, neuroplasticity, and interventions to improve patient outcomes. Passionate about advancing audiology research, she believes that expanding knowledge leads to better care and quality of life for individuals of all ages.
