Aura is a second-year Ph.D. student in the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders at the University of Cincinnati, with dual certification in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology from Colombia. She holds a Master’s degree in Health Administration from the University of Cincinnati. Currently, she is working with Doctor Fawen Zahng in the Hearing Lab, where their work centers on neuro-audiology, particularly in the area of speech perception. In addition, She is a member of the BAMM Lab, which researches bilingualism in children.
