Alyssa Davidson is a research audiologist at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. She earned both an AuD and PhD from the University of Arizona, where she studied under the mentorship of Frank Musiek, Nicole Marrone, and Barabara Cone. Dr. Davidson's doctoral research focused on auditory processing and hearing aids in older adults. Following her PhD, she completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Northwestern University with Pam Souza, where she further refined her expertise in hearing aid technology and outcome measures. Dr. Davidson's research interests include auditory processing, the effectiveness of hearing aids, and the development of clinically relevant outcome measures. Dr. Davidson is committed to translating research findings into practical applications in clinical settings, with a goal of improving patient outcomes and advancing the field of audiology.
