Dr. Ramirez is a Supervising Audiologist at Kaiser Permanente in Redwood City, California. Dr. Ramirez's clinical interest include vestibular assessment, diagnostic evaluations for pediatrics and adults, and tinnitus management. She leads the Tinnitus Committee, Externship Recruitment and Selection, and serves on the Multidiciplinary Balance Clinic Team. Mentoring and precepting AuD students brings her great joy at work and leads a robust internship and externship program at KP Redwood City.

Dr. Ramirez serves as an adjunct professor at San Jose State University (SJSU). She teaches advanced courses in tinnitus management, vestibular assessment, multiculturalism, and counseling.

Dr. Ramirez is deeply engaged in the audiology profession through her active volunteerism with the American Academy of Audiology. She contributes her expertise to numerous committees and task forces, driving progress and shaping the future of audiologic care. She is currently the Chair-Elect for the Professional Development Council.
