Dr. Leavitt obtained his BS and MS Degrees from University of Arizona and his AuD from Arizona School of Health Sciences. Dr. Leavitt is recipient of the Larry Mauldin Award for Excellence in Teaching, Winner of the AudioScan Challenge for best hearing- aid- validation procedure, and recipient of the RayOVac Award for Best Audiologist Western US.
