Gail M. Whitelaw, Ph.D., is an audiologist, clinical professor and clinic director at the Department of Speech and Hearing Science at The Ohio State University. Her clinical and research interests are in the areas of tinnitus for children and adults, traumatic brain injury/concussion, neurodiversity, and auditory processing disorders. She provides direct clinical services, precepts Doctor of Audiology (AuD) students, and teaches coursework in pediatrics, tinnitus, and professional issues. She is also the audiology faculty member on the Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Other Disorders (LEND) grant at the Nisonger Center, Ohio State. Dr. Whitelaw is a frequent presenter on topics related to professional development, including ethics, collegiality, leadership education, and conflict resolution. She is a past president of the American Academy of Audiology and a past president of the Ohio Academy of Audiology.
