Mike O’Neil serves as the President of WS Audiology (WSA) and Chief Sales Officer for US Wholesale, where he oversees all aspects of the sales organization. Since joining WSA in 2020, he has successfully driven Signia’s significant expansion and strengthened its presence in the US market. He is now focused on spearheading sales growth across all brands.

Prior to WSA, Mike held senior executive roles at Essilor of America, the world’s leading ophthalmic lens manufacturer. There, he oversaw 23 manufacturing laboratories, developed innovative models to enhance customer experience, and lead a large sales team. Throughout his career, Mike has been consistently recognized as a top performer and, more importantly, team leader.

Mike is known for his collaborative leadership style, cultivating strong teams and prioritizing customer needs.
