Brandon Sawalich is President and CEO of Starkey, a global leader in the design, manufacturing, and delivery of the world’s most innovative and best-sounding hearing healthcare products. Sawalich leads a global team of more than 5,000 employees in 29 countries. As the driver of Starkey’s strategic direction, he works closely with leaders throughout the organization to support the company’s mission, performance goals, and growing partnerships around the world to help more people hear better and live better lives.
Sawalich, a 30-year industry veteran, uses his experience to push the boundaries of what’s possible through the innovation of Starkey’s products and the passion of its people.
Brandon serves as chairman for Hearing Industries Association, an 18-member industry group that works with government leaders to support efforts to increase the accessibility and affordability of hearing aids. Brandon also serves on the Executive Advisory Council for the George W Bush Presidential Center. In his free time, he can be found supporting his children’s passions and cheering on the Chicago Cubs.
