Monica Murray is responsible for consulting clients on benefit design, product solutioning, member marketing, and collaborating with enterprise and industry partners to deliver the best hearing solutions available in the market. She also focuses on identifying industry development opportunities that support UnitedHealthcare Hearing’s growth and program innovation.

Monica joined UnitedHealthcare Hearing in 2022, bringing with her over 15 years of hearing industry experience. She graduated from Ithaca College with a Bachelor of Science degree and received her Doctorate of Audiology degree from Towson University.
