Chynna Frana, Au.D., is a Senior Audiology and Product Trainer in the Global Audiology group at GN Hearing. With a background spanning clinical private practice, hearing aid sales, and product training, she possesses a comprehensive understanding of effective training methodologies and collaborates closely with subject matter experts. Utilizing insights gained from these experiences, Dr. Frana designs and delivers dynamic training tailored to enhance engagement and deepen understanding, aligning with specific learner needs. Her professional interests encompass new product and software training, alongside sharing expertise in effective training strategies. She holds a Doctorate of Audiology from Western Michigan University and has been with GN since 2019.
