I am a second-year Doctor of Audiology graduate student at the University of Iowa. I am currently a research assistant for the Human Auditory and Neuroscience Group under the direction of Inyong Choi, Ph.D. My research interests include speech perception in noise and methods to improve listening in difficult environments. My capstone project will focus on using electroencephalographic data to refine and improve hearing aid programming. Additionally, I am a teaching assistant for the University of Iowa Communication Sciences and Disorders department as well as a newborn hearing screener for the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.
