Dr. Yellamsetty has been continuously involved in behavioral auditory research since 2010, completing a Masters in Audiology (clinical) (2012) at Bangalore University in India, a Graduate certification in Cognitive Science and a Ph.D. in Communication Sciences and Disorders (2018) at the University of Memphis. From 2018 - 2020, Dr. Yellamsetty was a postdoctoral scholar at University of South Florida. She continued her research work as a research associate at University of Southern California from 2020 to 2021. In July 2021, Dr. Yellamsetty joined the Department of Audiology at San José State University as an Assistant Professor.
