Kayla Wilkins, Au.D. is the founder and lead audiologist at Aspire Hearing and Balance in Lakeland, Florida. She earned her Doctorate in Audiology from the University of South Florida and completed her clinical residency at Tampa Bay Hearing and Balance Center. Dr. Wilkins specializes in advanced hearing aid technology, implantable devices, and delivering clinical best practices to ensure optimal hearing outcomes for her patients.

Beyond her clinical work, Dr. Wilkins is an active advocate for professional collaboration and public awareness of hearing health. She is a dedicated wife and mother of two, an avid outdoorswoman, and a proud supporter of her USF Bulls. Passionate about elevating the audiology profession, she continuously seeks innovative ways to enhance patient care, strengthen provider networks, and advance best practices in hearing healthcare.
