Summary:
Artificial Intelligence is today’s hip industry buzzword, but in actuality, Signia introduced our 1st generation of AI in 2006. At that time, our hearing instruments had the ability to learn patient volume preference and make automatic adjustments. Today, with the advancements of hearing instrument technology, AI capabilities in hearing instruments take a giant leap forward, offering AI-based fine tuning in every technology level. This course will discuss how Artificial Intelligence is utilized in today’s hearing instruments to maximize patient satisfaction, specifically the live deep neural network known as Signia Assistant. We will explore how Signia Assistant constantly learns and improves based on live data to provide a personalized fit for the end user.
